We offer all the features you expect in today’s most effective and enjoyable meeting and work spaces, including high-speed wireless internet and full audio-visual capabilities. A welcome digital flat screen helps personalize your event, while coffee, tea, water or a full catering service of your choice keeps everyone comfortable. The space is bathed in natural light, which is easily controlled with blackout blinds and adjustable LED lighting. Easels and writable walls help fuel brainstorming, and collaborative-space furniture enables you to set up your room—and quickly change its orientation—to meet your precise needs. Of course, La Charrette is fully wheelchair accessible.

A multi-function event space—bright, versatile and fully accessible. From its state-of-the-art projection systems to its comfortable yet energizing décor, this is the ideal space for your next board meeting, focus group, brainstorming session, workshop or team building retreat. For maximum flexibility and productivity, The room can be set up as two interconnected spaces. For example, hold conference activities in one and serve lunch or post-meeting cocktails in the other.

Rental Rates*

Weekdays: $450 for the first 4 hours  and $65 for each additional hour thereafter. 

Weekends and Holidays: $550 for the first 4 hours and $65 for each additional hour thereafter. Price does not include HST

*Rental Rates are for our entire private venue (1500sqft - 1 ROOM)

Included in your rental:

**Free parking on site. Parking availability is limited Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.  100+ spots always available weeknights and weekends.
